KTM Service Centre, Sector 2, Noida Noida's Finest

"This is one of the worst service centers in NCR region I have ever visited, These staffs are very lethargic and unprofessional in answering to their customers. I waited in the customer lounge for half an hour, but no one inquired about the reason for my visit. When I asked Ashif, he informed me that no billing personnel or manager was available, and therefore, service was not possible. First, the store manager has to train their staff how to respect their customers. I have raised complaint on the QR code which is provided on the customer Waiting area... I don't know how responsive the system is... You've been able to see all the attachment pictures. The store is very empty and and , uh, no supportive staff, is available."

"Would have rated negative if it was possible to do it. Extremely unprofessional staff and technicians(sachin) are working here. Worst experience ever, even after owning the brand product for more than 5-6 years now, there are still operational service centres available to downgrade the image of the brand. The owner of this centre should be ashamed of running a business without even understanding the quality of services being in the service sector. People should refrain from visiting this place and if possible Boycott it completely."

"Had a good experience here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy named vikram who was managing everything was very helpful. Took my duke 250 for servicing and it took 1-1:30 hours for the service completion. Also, their washing station was working completely fine. Not all service centres do washing properly. Overall, my experience was good."

"I serviced my RC200 New Gen 2 at KTM Noida Sector 2. Staff was polite, but the service quality was disappointing. They overfilled engine oil (1.5L instead of 1.3L) and missed basic checks like brake oil. This caused oil overflow during my ride. Please ensure more careful and professional service."

"Very bad experience of KTM RC 390 service here, charged me 10k .. bike had heating issue, they stated that engine rebuild might be required. Checked with local mechanic near home, the only issue was that fan wasn’t working. Completely time and money waste"
